Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is one box, which covers 5 m² of carpet tiles.
Can I order a sample?
We don't currently offer sample delivery. If you'd like to view samples, please get in touch via our Contact page and we can arrange for an assessor to meet with you.
How do I calculate how many carpet tiles I need?
If you're unsure of the size of your space, get in touch and we can arrange for one of our assessors to measure the area and help you calculate the quantity you'll need.
Are your prices GST inclusive or exclusive?
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of GST. GST will be calculated and added at checkout.
Installation
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. We work with a trusted network of experienced installers and can arrange professional installation for your project.
Where do you provide installation?
Most of our installation work is carried out in Auckland. If your project is outside Auckland, please get in touch—we work with trusted contractors throughout New Zealand.
Can carpet tiles be installed over existing flooring?
Generally, no. For the best results, the existing flooring should be removed and the substrate properly prepared. Our experienced installers will ensure the floor is prepared correctly before installation.
How long does installation take?
Installation can take anywhere from a few hours to several days, depending on the size and complexity of your project.

Yes. We'd love to help. We work with commercial clients every day, helping them choose the right carpet tile solution for their space, budget, and requirements.

Products
Are carpet tiles suitable for homes?
Generally, no. Carpet tiles are designed for commercial environments and high-traffic areas. For most homes, broadloom carpet is the better option.
Are your carpet tiles commercial grade?
Yes. All of our carpet tiles are commercial grade and sourced from New Zealand's leading suppliers. Most products come with a 15-year limited warranty.
Can damaged tiles be replaced individually?
Yes. One of the biggest advantages of carpet tiles is that individual damaged or stained tiles can be replaced without replacing the entire floor. Our minimum order is one box (5 m²).
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver New Zealand-wide.
How long does shipping take?
Orders within Auckland typically arrive within one week. Nationwide deliveries generally arrive within 10 days, depending on product availability and stock levels.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Auckland is $80 + GST. Shipping to the rest of New Zealand is $150 + GST.
Returns
Can I return unused carpet tiles?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on unused carpet tiles. To ensure every order is supplied in new condition, we only sell unopened boxes.
